Everything is great about this hotel, I didn't give it a 10 just because of 1 member of its staff at the front desk. TERRIBLE PERSON. Yet, besides this nuisance, the hotel is a great experience. LAU the manager is simply great. A results driven man with spirit of service. Thanks LAU!

Spacious room, comfortable bed, very clean, good hot breakfast, great Thai restaurant (separate entrance), comfortable room temperature, 2 bottles of water (free of charge), coffee machine, modern building, very efficient check-in/out, exceptionally attentive and nice staff, central location ( 10 min walking to the train station, 10 -12 min across the pedestrian bridge to the Old Town, parking (underground garage with a lift access).

First of all don’t travel with a dog or drive a car here. They charged 40 francs a day for a special needs dog and 45 francs per day for our car!, The breakfast was good. Bathroom had no door! We got an upgrade on the room to a corner room with all windows. The problem was that if you opened the curtains there was an office building that could see in the room. Also the regular rooms were A third bigger that our upgraded room. Hotel was in a good area.

This hotel is wonderfully located & the corner suite room my mother & I had was actually better than what was pictured. It was modern, classy & had a beautiful panoramic view. The staff - most especially Lazlo who went above & beyond whenever I had a question or concern. Both he & his colleague Luca were very sweet & helpful to us. Luca went out of his way to personally deliver us some of their bottled sparkling water, when I called to request some. He is also very handsome ladies & so are most of the staff - just FYI 😉

Nice welcome received on arrival. Front desk Luca & Johann were hospitable filling info getting around points that might be of interest. Super helpful. Rooms were right sufficient in space, bright and airy. Huge bathroom space I had. Location was easy close to central train station and wooden bridge. Restaurant Mekong linked to the hotel served a decent close authentic flair.

The hotel has many modern facilities and decoration, location is just perfect, the employees are very friendly and helpful. The room has a great big bed and has a lot of space, the bathroom is also very nice and big. I just find weird to have a coffee main the bathroom area but wasn't that bad. All in all is a great hotel and I can just recommend!

Great location close to attractions and central station a lot of restaurants and grocery around,friendly staff ,clean rooms,comfortable beds and basic breakfast

The hotel is located very close to the train station and was an easy walk for us. The room we were given was spacious, clean, and quiet and had everything we needed. Our only complaint is that one of us prefers a bathroom with a door on it; the bathroom in our room was partitioned off from the bedroom by clouded glass which might be fine for most people. The self serve breakfast was great with lots of variety and located in a very quiet room away from the quite crowded and noisy tour group breakfast room. The front desk staff members that we spoke with were really kind and helpful. We also had dinner at the very luxurious Thai Garden restaurant. Food and service was amazing, and the space is beautifully decorated.

Lovely modern hotel in an ideal location in central Lucern. Within short walking distance to the old town and main attractions. Hotel restaurants were fabulous and the room was modern and very clean.
